By booking with Entertainment Services Australia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, professionalism, and respect of both our clients and our performers.

🔐 General Terms

• All performers (models, strippers, topless waitresses) are independent subcontractors. Entertainment Services Australia is not liable for any injury, damages, or incidents that occur during or after a booking.
• You must be 18 years or older to book any of our services. ID is required to confirm your age and identity at the time of booking.
• All guests must also be 18+. Performers will request ID if needed. If any guest is underage, the performer will leave immediately and no refund will be given.

⏱️ Booking Policy

• Waitress bookings have a minimum duration of 2 hours.
• A deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your chosen performer(s).
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in no refund of the deposit.
• If a performer is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a suitable replacement wherever possible.
• A travel fee may apply for events located more than 1 hour from the performer’s base (each way).

👯 Performer Safety & Rules

To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone:

• No physical contact with performers is allowed without clear verbal consent.
• No filming or photography is permitted unless the performer has given explicit consent.
• No personal contact details or social media are to be exchanged between clients and performers.
• Some performers may bring security personnel. Refusal to allow security will result in the performer leaving, with no refund.

🛑 Breach of Terms

• If any rules are broken during the booking, performers have the right to leave immediately, and no refunds will be given.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all guests are aware of these terms.

📜 Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, copy, and branding, is owned by Entertainment Services Australia.
• You may not copy, download, or reuse any material from this site without written permission.
